David is a Trawlwulwuy man from Tebrakunna country. He is the managing director of a wholly Aboriginal owned business – Luggarrah. Luggarrah means play, fun and diversion in language and this is at the core of what he does; linking diverse regional youth to game developers and visual effects artists through innovative events and immersive workshops. David has been running Luggarrah since 2018 from Stawell, Western Victoria.
